(Here is) Umayyah ibn Khalaf! Woe to me if he escapes!

My shaikh, Shaikhul Hadeeth Hazrat Allama Hafiz Khadim Hussain Rizvi often recite the hadeeth sharif related to Ghazwa Badar. It makes the point that Muslims should be brave to fight with the enemies of Allah and their own enemies.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ الْمَاجِشُونِ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ كَاتَبْتُ أُمَيَّةَ بْنَ خَلَفٍ كِتَابًا بِأَنْ يَحْفَظَنِي فِي صَاغِيَتِي بِمَكَّةَ، وَأَحْفَظَهُ فِي صَاغِيَتِهِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ، فَلَمَّا ذَكَرْتُ الرَّحْمَنَ قَالَ لاَ أَعْرِفُ الرَّحْمَنَ، كَاتِبْنِي بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِي كَانَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ‏.‏ فَكَاتَبْتُهُ عَبْدُ عَمْرٍو فَلَمَّا كَانَ فِي يَوْمِ بَدْرٍ خَرَجْتُ إِلَى جَبَلٍ لأُحْرِزَهُ حِينَ نَامَ النَّاسُ فَأَبْصَرَهُ بِلاَلٌ فَخَرَجَ حَتَّى وَقَفَ عَلَى مَجْلِسٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فَقَالَ أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ، لاَ نَجَوْتُ إِنْ نَجَا أُمَيَّةُ‏.‏ فَخَرَجَ مَعَهُ فَرِيقٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فِي آثَارِنَا، فَلَمَّا خَشِيتُ أَنْ يَلْحَقُونَا خَلَّفْتُ لَهُمُ ابْنَهُ، لأَشْغَلَهُمْ فَقَتَلُوهُ ثُمَّ أَبَوْا حَتَّى يَتْبَعُونَا، وَكَانَ رَجُلاً ثَقِيلاً، فَلَمَّا أَدْرَكُونَا قُلْتُ لَهُ ابْرُكْ‏.‏ فَبَرَكَ، فَأَلْقَيْتُ عَلَيْهِ نَفْسِي لأَمْنَعَهُ، فَتَخَلَّلُوهُ بِالسُّيُوفِ مِنْ تَحْتِي، حَتَّى قَتَلُوهُ، وَأَصَابَ أَحَدُهُمْ رِجْلِي بِسَيْفِهِ، وَكَانَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ يُرِينَا ذَلِكَ الأَثَرَ فِي ظَهْرِ قَدَمِهِ‏.‏
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ سَمِعَ يُوسُفُ صَالِحًا وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ أَبَاهُ

Narrated Abdur-Rahman binAuf:

I got an agreement written between me and Umaiya bin Khalaf that Umaiya would look after my property (or family) in Mecca and I would look after his in Medina. When I mentioned the word ‘Ar64 Rahman’ in the documents, Umaiya said, “I do not know ‘Ar-Rahman.’ Write down to me your name, (with which you called yourself) in the Pre-Islamic Period of Ignorance.” So, I wrote my name ‘ `Abdu `Amr’. On the day (of the battle) of Badr, when all the people went to sleep, I went up the hill to protect him. Bilal(1) saw him (i.e. Umaiya) and went to a gathering of Ansar and said, “(Here is) Umaiya bin Khalaf! Woe to me if he escapes!” So, a group of Ansar went out with Bilal to follow us (`Abdur-Rahman and Umaiya). Being afraid that they would catch us, I left Umaiya’s son for them to keep them busy but the Ansar killed the son and insisted on following us. Umaiya was a fat man, and when they approached us, I told him to kneel down, and he knelt, and I laid myself on him to protect him, but the Ansar killed him by passing their swords underneath me, and one of them injured my foot with his sword. (The sub narrator said, ” `Abdur-Rahman used to show us the trace of the wound on the back of his foot.”)

Ghazi-E-Millat Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri Shaheed killed the heretic and mischievous governor of Punjab Salman Taseer on 4th Jan 2011. The brave Ghazi performed a well-timed and quick action to finish the notorious blasphemer secured by two dozen elite commandoes. Ghazi Sahib one more time evoked the courageous recollections of Muslim heroes of past who boldly finished of the blasphemers and protected the respect of our beloved Prophet Muhammad, peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him, with agility and fervidness of a true believer. In an era when dozens of TV channels and internet are corrupting the moral values of our Muslim youth, it was fresh breeze knowing that our young Muslims are ever ready to sacrifice their dearest possessions for the respect of the beloved Prophet, peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him.

 

Salman Taseer was a corrupt politician who used dark activities to gather wealth. This earned him close friedness with another corrupt leader Asif Ali Zardari, widower of Benzir Bhutto and former president of Pakistan. His last gamble was to roll back the Pakistan’s blasphemy laws, incorporated by legislative assembly after thousands of sacrifices offered by the nation in 1953 Tehreek Khatam-E-Nabuwwat. The laws trace back to 1927 when another Muslim youth, Ghazi Ilam ud Din Shaheed, killed a blasphemer Hindu publisher in Lahore and embraced shahadat at British gallows. Seeing the graveness of the law and order situation after blasphemy incidents, 295A was introduced during colonial era. The great barrister and founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, himself appeared in court in defense of Ghazi Ilam ud Din Shaheed on request of Dr. Allama Muhamad Iqbal, another great Islamic thinker and founder of Pakistan. Jinnah argued that Ghazi Ilam ud Din was innocent as the publisher had provoked his religious feelings by abusing his and all Muslim’s dearest personality, peace and countless blessings of Allah be upon him. After the creation of Pakistan, 295C was added specifically for the respect of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him. In greed of economic benefits and pats from European liberals, Salman Taseer thought 295C shortcut to earn that in quick time. Being a governor he had taken oath to protect the constitution of Pakistan but he instead started terming 295C a “black law”. At core, he was a failed politician who earned defeats to get elected to the constitutional assembly of Pakistan. He was appointed as governor of Punjab, mainly a showpiece designation. Chief minster owns administrator powers.

Salman Taseer’s choose of hitting blasphemy was well received and given out of proportions projection in media. He went even so far to term a Christian blasphemer woman Aasia Bibi as innocent despite the rulings of session court and Lahore high court for her being guilty. Salman held press conference in jail with her and announced she were innocent and would soon be pardoned by the president. There were protests in breadth and width of the country against this unjust stand and lawlessness. Blasphemy laws of Pakistan are routinely attacked by American and European lobbies and it is for that reason despite about 40 years of legislation, the convicts are secretly evacuated to Europeans countries, rendering all legal proceedings null and void. The so-called NGOs and foreign funding organizations are highly responsive and active for blasphemy convicts and provide all out support. It has come many a times in media that Asia bibi is being evacuated to France where a luxurious life style awaits her. The way Salman Rushdie, Tasleema Noreen and Ayan Herse Ali are being protected and respected in west for disrespecting our beloved Prophet Muhammad, peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him, these fears are not unplaced.

As far as Asia Bibi is concerned, she abused our beloved Prophet, peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him , and his wife, the mother of all Muslim men, Hazrat Khadeeja, may Almighty Allah be pleased with her. Reportedly she drank water in a glass and her coworkers drank in the same glass after giving it a wash. This infuriated Asia and she abused. Later she accepted her crime and was accordingly punished by session court. Her review appeal in Lahore high court were rejected and now her appeal is with Supreme Court.

After the unjust and aggressive support shown by Salman Taseer and his family, protests erupted in the country. Salman Taseer did several programs on this issue. In one televised talk show he openly called blasphemy laws as black laws. Several attempts were made to register an FIR against Salman Taseer but Police wouldn’t listen. Ultimately this nuisance was finished by 27 bullets of Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri Shaheed. Though Ghazi sahib embraced Shahadat in Feb 2016, the event became catalyst to fast Islamization of Pakistan youth. Tehreek Labaik Ya Rasool Allah took the flag to complete the mission of Ghazi sahib , the mission of restoring Islam as main law of the land where social justice of Islam take cares of all. Shahzeb Jatoi and Ramon Devis are not exonerated, daughters like Aafia Siddiqui are respected and not sold out to Americans for money, children in Thar do not die of famine. We are hopeful that Islam will soon come and all corrupt leaders would have to answer for their crimes against humanity.

Boycott Daily Jang, Geo and Dawn News Networks

Dawn News. Beware! no Muslman should watch it. Dawn News, Geo News, both, your daughters in home should neither watch them. Spit on them. They are proud of their ratings but the slaves of the Muhammad the Arabian (Peace and gillions of blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him), though centuries have been passed, are enough self respecting to click away if these channels appear while rotating channels. In the morning you will know well your ratings. No Muslman should watch any of these two channels. This is message for the whole world. We have been patient for so long. For seven years these channels are barking against the respect-of-the-prophethood. Include the daily Jang too. Reject complete Jang group. Beware! no muslman should buy Jang newspapers. We can live without news. If we can live without bread, what is the significance of jang news.

DM us to share confidential information & news” opted to write boycott & attack both channels to incite hate against Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi sahib. A shameful and dishonest addition, counter productive to the just cause of journalists.

Islamic Justice: The Story of Sultan Murad and a Mason

This is a poem by Dr Mohammed Iqbal about the Islamic justice system. He narrates an incident from the life of Sultan Murad. Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi often cite this poem to exemplify the role of Muslim rulers.

بُود معماری ز اقلیم خجند
در فنِ تعمیر نامِ اُو بلند
There was an architect from the area of Khujand (in present day Tajikistan). He had high acclaim in his art.

ساخت آن صنعت گرِ فرہاد زاد
مسجدی از حکمِ سلطان مراد
That skilled artist, on par with Farhad, built a mosque by the order of Sultan Murad.

خوش نیامد شاہ را تعمیر اُو
خشمگین گردید از تقصیر اُو
The king did not like his construction and became angry over his shortcoming.

آتشِ سوزندہ از چشمش چکید
دست آن بیچارہ از خنجر برید
The eyes of the king inflamed with anger. He cut off the hand of the poor man with dagger.

پیش قاضی ناتوان وزار رفت
Blood stream flowing from cut off arteries, he came weeping to the Justice in this weak condition.

آن ہنر مندی کہ دستش سنگ سفت
داستانِ جورِ سلطان بازگفت
The artisan who crafted stones narrated the cruel treatment of the Sultan.

گفت ای پیغامِ حق گفتارِ تو
حفظ آئین محمدؐ کارِ تو
He said, ”O, you who preach the true words of Allah, you who are pointed to protect the constitution of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him)”.

سفته گوش سطوت شاهان نیم
قطع کن از روی قرآن دعویم
I am not a slave to the king. Decide between us accordint to the Holy Quran

قاضی عادل بدندان خستہ لب
کرد شہ را در حضور خود طلب
The just Justice nipped his lips under his teeth and summoned the king in his Court

رنگ شہ از ہیبت قرآن پرید
پیش قاضی چون خطا کاران رسید
The face of king became colourless from fear of the Holy Quran. The accused was brought before the Justice.

از خجالت دیدہ بر پا دوختہ
عارضِ اُو لالہ ہا اندوختہ
With shame his gaze was fixed on his feet and his face turned red like tulip.

یک طرف فریادیٔ دعویٰ گری
یک طرف شاہنشہِ گردوں فری
On one side there was the poor appellant. At other side was the powerful king.

گفت شہ از کردہ خجلت بردہ ام
اعتراف از جرمِ خود آوردہ ام
The king accepted his guilt, “ I am ashamed of my act. I confess to my crime”

گفت قاضی فی القصاص آمد حیات
زندگی گیرد باین قانون ثبات
The Justice decreed, ”The life is in Qisas. The life sustaines through this just law”

خون شه رنگین تر از معمار نیست
“A slave Muslim is not infirior to a free one. The colour of king’s blood is not redder than the blood of the mason”.

چوں مراد این آیۂ محکم شنید
دست خویش از آستین بیرون کشید
When Sultan Murad heard the rule from verse of the Holy Quran, he drew his hand out of sleeve and offered it to be cut off.

مدعی را تابِ خاموشی نماند
آیۂ بالعدل والا حسان خواند
The appellant could not keep his silent and recited the verse of justice and kindness from the Holy Quran.

 

گفت از بہر خدا بخشید مش
از برائی مصطفی بخشید مش
He said, ”I forgive for the sake of Almighty Allah, I forgive for the sake of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him)”.

یافت موری برسلیمانی ظفر
سطوتِ آئینِ پیغمبر نگر
Thus an ant overpowered the King Salman of his time. Just observe the power of the law of Holy Prophet (Peace and blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him).

پیشِ قرآن بندہ و مولا یکی ست
بوریا و مسندِ دیبا یکی ست
In front of the Holy Quran, the man and the slave are one, the rough clothes and the silk wear is same

Tehreek Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah (TLY) to contest NA-120

The Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has been disqualified by Supreme Court verdict. He had been elected member-national-assembly (MNA) from Lahore constituency NA120. After the dismissal Mian Nawaz Sharif nominated his younger brother Mian Shahbaz Sharif to be the next Prime Minister. Because Mr Shahbaz Sharif is currently the chief-minister (CM) of Punjab, the most populous and prosperous province of Pakistan, he has to contest in by election being held in NA120. Pakistan tehreek-e-insaf is also contesting here with their candidate Dr Yasmin Rashid. She was a candidate in the general elections of 2013 as well but lost to Nawaz Sharif.

Sheikh Muhammad Azher Rizvi has been nominated by Tehreek-E-Labaika Ya Rasool Allah to contest the election from NA-120 against PMLN Mian Shehbaz Sharif

The chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf Imran Khan  did most of the effort to get Mian Nawaz Sharif disqualified.  Therefore PTI has a good chance of giving tough time to PMLN.  At the same time we see a new  political party by the name of Tehreek Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah (TLY) entering as new unknown to the equation. TLY emerged from an old compaign by the name of Tehreek-E-Rehay Ghazi Mumtaz Qadri.  When PMLN expideted the execution of Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri Shaheed, the name was changed to Tehreek Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah. PLMN had always enjoyed a good support from right wing Islamist population due to its adherence to ideology of Pakistan, the two nation theory.  After the execution that support has dwindled. Large portion of their voter is annoyed at the hypocrisy of PMLN. Tehreek-E-Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah represents those people. It is to be expected that it would cause a big dent in vote bank of PMLN.  After the nomination of a candidate from TLY in NA120, Sheikh Muhammad Azher Rizvi, PMLN has addition to its worries.  With left wing voters going to PTI and right wing going to TLY, PMLN would have hard time finding a spot. The worst case scenario could be the defeat for would be Prime Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif.  This defeat would be the last  nail in the coffin of  PMLN and  the 35 years rule of  Sharif family, In Sha Allah. The mere nomination of a candidate by Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi has rang danger alarms in Sharif camp. There are calls from PMLN ministers to Shahbaz Sharif to abort the NA-120 election and continue “good administration” in the Punjab province.

The merit of present decision of Supreme Court has been criticized a lot.  Surprisingly the verdict in case of Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri Shaheed was celebrated all over the world despite glaring technical flaws.  For instance in case of  Mumtaz Qadri the supreme court decided blasphemer Salman Taseer did not mock 295C as black law.  This note is so disturbing and ignorant with recorded interview of Salman taseer available on YouTube and the printed copies of his another interview to newsline. Could we ignore all those intense  protests against Salman Taseer?  He had shown support for  Asia Maluna mocking the verdict of Lahore High Court. All his actions were infuriating they public of Pakistan.  Clearly he was going against the Islamic ideology of Pakistan.  Eventually Mumtaz Hussain Qadri had to  deliver him a dog’s death knowing no culprit has ever been sentenced by the state under PPC 295-C.

 

The slide of Sharifs from powerful leaders to frightened politicians after the execution of Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri is an eye opener. Despite playing the victim card, dismissal of Nawaz Sharif did not observe any public support.  It is to be hoped that Sharif family would get due punishment for their unjust actions.  They angered Almighty Allah, they angered the people of Pakistan, they broke the confidence of the voters. Hopefully PMLN would soon be a part of history. May Almighty Allah  help Pakistan in its becoming a prosperous democratic Muslim Nation. Allah Hafiz.

Well Done Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqi

bismillahPakistan is the only country that came in to being in the name of Almighty Allah. There is no place for the form of secularism that criticizes the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him) behind the shield of free speech. It is relieving to see that the justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) showed his displeasure on lack of motivation on the part of government to stop the wide spreading blasphemous contents on social media. The practice is clearly against the constitution of Pakistan and Pakistan Panel Code (PPC) mentions punishments for this crime under 295 A, B, C, . . . However the criminal practice continues as blasphemers get protection from west and their stooges, the morally corrupt politicians of Pakistan. Asia Masih Maloona is not delivered the punishment awarded by the courts of Pakistan after due judicial process. Her case has cost two lives, the precious life of Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri and the blasphemer politician Salman Taseer. The general unrest in public and issues of law and order associated with such case is a continuous problem for which government is unwilling to take action.

The honorable justice Shaukat Aziz rightly threatened to shut down the social media if the criticism of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him) continues, justly declaring these blasphemers as terrorists. In fact these people are worse than terrorists and need immediate and severe punishment. According to news reports, Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqi had tears in his eyes while issuing the warning for those who are misusing social media to criticize the most respectable of mankind Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him).

The honorable justice Siddiqi made it clear that Pakistan would not allow for such displays of hate speech. “Why is the blasphemous content present on the social media? What steps had the government taken up in this regard so far?” the honorable justice asked. “I submit and sacrifice myself and all what I have including my parents, my life and job to the respect of Allah’s messenger … If the desecrating pages cannot be blocked, then, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) should cease to exist,” he added. The honorable justice Siddiqi further added that social media could also be blocked for the respect of our beloved Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him). “Each and everything can be sacrificed for the honor of Allah’s Messenger (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him). I will close entire social media, if I have to,” he said. Finally the honorable justice declared these people as terrorists because we have witnessed general unrest in society.

When Salman Taseer was killed like a stray dog after he called 295C black law, Allah forgive me, no one came out to support him. On the contrary the police constable Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri became instant hero after showering his bullets on Taseer. Even his kid son, his father and his brothers have become celebrity status in every part of Pakistan. No politician at present time has such a widespread following as does Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri Shaheed. Now all these people are not stupid. They know who is the terrorist and who spares his life for the respect of the Holy Prophet (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him). The words of honorable justice were, “I hereby declare as terrorists who commit blasphemy to the holy Prophet (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him).”

It is grievous to see that our nuclear powered state can do nothing about these contents. A few days back American Marines were sharing obscene photos of their female colleagues in a closed group on facebook and google+. The group was immediately closed by facebook and google on request.When US state is so concerned about the respect of their soldiers, why the state of Pakistan has no concern when people commit blasphemy. After all Pakistan was obtained in the name of Almighty Allah. It is strongly stressed on authorities that they take the cautionary words of honorable justice seriously and instruct law enforcement agencies to take action.

Short Introduction to Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi

Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi is an Islamic scholar from Sunni Brelvi school of thought. He used to deliver Friday sermons at Pir Makki Masjid, near Daata Darbar Lahore. When Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri Shaheed killed Slaman Taseer (The governor of Punjab who termed 295C as black law) with 27 bullets, Allama Sahib showed open support for Mumtaz Qadri. It annoyed the government of Mian Nawaz Sharif and resulted in his job  being terminated, confiscating all benefits of a long service with Aukaf (اوقاف) department. Allama Sahib happily accepted this punishment for speaking his mind out and refused later attempts of government to pay his dues and job offer for his son. His resolve to side with Mumtaz Qadri grew only stronger. Allama Sahib is a paraplegic on wheelchair due to an accident few years back. Despite his physical conditions he is one of the most traveling scholar,  delivering sermons in width and breadth of Pakistan.

In January 2016 Allama Sahib organized a rally in Lahore in favor of 295C. The peaceful rally was attacked by police and the attendees subjected to water cannon and baton charged. Allama Sahib has been home arrested and imprisoned several times for raising his voice in protection of blasphemy laws and Khatam-E-Nabuwwat clauses of constitution of Pakistan. Though his lower body is paralyzed, he was dragged and forced to stand on legs. When he entered the prison, an inspector approached him and ordered to stand for search. Allama  Sahib was unable to comply on which that cruel man pulled Allama Sahib out in demean manner. (Later Allama Sahib described that the man approached him for forgiveness of his cruel behavior. Reportedly the inspector had stroke of paralysis and is himself a disabled person now. Allama Sahib replied that I have done nothing to you. I even do not recognize you. You were performing your duty and I was performing mine. ‘The masters we work for, they are not unaware of our situation’ , or in Urdu: “جن مالکوں کا ہم کام کرتے ہیں وہ دیکھ رہے ہیں”)

When Allama Sahib entered the jail he was handcuffed to his chair. A policeman carried him to several cells to convince him no space is available. Finally they put Allama Shaib in a dirty cell the condition of which in Allama Sahib’s words is ” inhabitable even for animals”. There were cockroaches in the cell. Allama Sahib informed the cockroaches, “Do not come near me as you know I am brought here for no crime other than the love of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him)”.  The cockroaches did not trouble him. Being a disabled person Allama Sahib had carried a servant with him to prison who was separated. Allama Sahib did not take more than a few water sips for fear that he would not be able to attend the washroom on his own.

In March of the same year Ghazi Mumtaz Hussain Qadri embraced Shahadat when the corrupt government of Mian Nawaz Sharif misinformed Ghazi Sahib’s relatives that he is in critical condition and all family should visit him. In the mean time Ghazi Sahib was sleeping in his cell. At midnight he was awakened and informed that his death sentence would be executed that very night to which he replied, “I am ready”. The bold action of Ghazi Mumtaz Qadri and the great sacrifice he made in jail are topics of Allama Sahib’s speeches.

 

On 9-November-2016 Allama Sahib organized a Fatihah prayer at the Dr. Iqbal Mausoleum Lahore. He and his followers were being restricted by the rangers deployed at grave. Allama Sahib made a small speech in the shape of a dialogue with Iqbal and asked him the question why he stood up with the Ghazi Ilam ud Din Shaheed and be considered a hero but Molvi Khadim Hussain stood with Ghazi Mumtaz Qadri and is taken as a terrorist. Allama Sahib is included in fourth schedule, a clause to restrict the movement of highly dangerous criminals who need to inform of their movements. Allama Sahib often say, “Look I am a disabled person on wheel chair and I am on fourth schedule for my crime being taking a stand for the respect of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him)”. The anti-terrorism act has started to become a tool to silence opposition. The application of ATA is highly questionable as these were used in minor road rage incidents by hon’able judges.

The Brelvi majority of Pakistan was the only group winning public support for army’s operation against militancy in Northern Pakistan. Sadly, because Pakistan government and Pakistan Army are highly influenced by Saudi Arabian funded Wahabi thoughts, they started war against Brelvies of Pakistan. Arrested Imams and Moazzins for saying Call of Prayer “too loudly” and  for reciting Darood Sharif before the Azzan. Heavy fines were imposed on Imams for breech of ethics that prohibit saying prayers in praise of Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him). By doing so Army practically tried to axe its own feet as these were the only people who garnered unconditional public support for anti-terrorism operations when Deobandi and Wahabi gave fatwa that army personnel dying in war-on-terror are not Shaheed. Sadly one cleric head of a religious political party even went so far to say a dog is Shaheed but a soldier is not.

  • Ghazi Tanveer Qadri killed the qadiani (Asad Shah the false prophet) but we do not deplore his actions as our hero is one who killed 35000 qadiyanies in the Battle of Yamama. (Referring to first caliph of Islam Sayyudna Hazrat Siddiq E Akbar, may almighty Allah be pleased with him, when his army killed followers of false prophet Musailma Kazzab)
  • The judges of supreme of court refused to accept eleven verdicts of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him) when the blood of blasphemers went wasted and no qisas or blood money punishment was imposed on killers.   • The judges of supreme court laughed and mocked, “Is it possible for someone to hurt Allah?”, when the verse was recited to them, ان الذين يؤذون اللہ ورسولہ لعنہم اللہ في الدنيا والآخرۃ واعد لہم عذابا مہينا (الاحزاب-57). It is the worst thing that can happen in Islamic Pakistan. It is the result of counterfieted version of Islam preached by us, the clerics and the peers (spiritual guides).
  • O Rulers, It is understandable that daughters of Kashmir, Burma and Syria have no rights on you but what happened in case of Dr. Afia Siddiqi. She is Pakistani and sentenced to 80 years of prison for a crime she did not commit. Why can’t you help her either. You could not do so much as to write a letter for pardon request to Obama. (Referring to a video clip by Dr. Afia’s lawyer stating that Obama administration had shown signs that they might pardon Afia at the end of Obama’s presidency 2nd term if Pakistan Government requested. According to the lawyer  Sharif brothers even failed to do so. It is even more shameful that Afia’s sister Dr. Fozia Siddiqi claims that Nawaz had promised her mother to help Dr. Afia Siddiqi in release. )
  • O people do not be afraid of villians. Islam does not take lives of your sons. If it ever does, it pays in full value. Islam took the life of Ghazi Mumtaz Qadri but raised him to such a high honor. Six million people attended the funeral of a mere police constable despite motorway and road blocks, petrol pumps shut down, media boycott and various other mean tricks used by the government.
  • There is just one punishment for whoever tries to disrespect our most respectful Prophet Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him). That is decapitation!
  • There is no problem of harmony between the Christians and the Muslims. Either take me to Yohanna-abad or bring a Christian in front of me. We have no animosity. When it is the time of my arrival, the Christian sweeper lady comes to my car as she knows I would give money to her. There is absolutely no case of persecution of Christians. However if someone talks bad words about our beloved Prophet (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him), he can not remain alive.
  • On the day of conquest of Mecca, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him) found a bitch with cubs in the path of his ten thousand followers. He instructed a man to stand by her and divert the followers so as no one mistakenly harms her or her cubs. On the other hand a blasphemer poet by name of Abdullah ibne Khattal was killed in the Holy Kabba when he tried to get protection in its curtains. (Blasphemy is such a big crime that not even Kabba protects such a person. Had he came to the the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him), asking for forgiveness, he would surely have met a different fate as it happened to Ka’b bin Zuhayr.)

“Worst of the men is the man who fancies himself and gets misguided, forgetting the Most Great and the Most High, Allah Almighty. Worst of men is the man who uses force and behaves with hostility, forgetting the Forcefull over All. Worst of men is the one who is heedless and diverted, forgetting about the grave and the trials. Worst of the men is the one who is violent and tyrannical, forgetting his beginning and his end. Worst of men is the one who seeks the wealth of this world in exchange of religion. Worst of men is the one who compromises his religion through suspicious things. Worst of the men is the one who is pulled by greed. Worst of the men  is the one who is misled by his evil desires. Worst of men is the one whose desires humiliate him.”

Al-Hasan narrated from Abu Hurairah (May Almighty Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet of Allah (Peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him) said:
“Who will take these statements from me to act upon them or teach someone who will act upon them?”. So Abu Hurairah said, “I said: ‘I shall O Prophet of Allah!’ So he (Peace be upon him) took my hand and enumerated five (things), he said: “Be afraid of forbidden (Haram) and you shall be the most worshiping among the people, be satisfied with what Allah has given you and you shall be the richest of the people, be kind to your neighbor and you shall be a believer (Momin), like for people what you like for yourself and you shall be a Muslim and do not laugh too much, for indeed abundant laughter is death of heart.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَرَّرِ بْنِ هَارُونَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ “‏ بَادِرُوا بِالأَعْمَالِ سَبْعًا هَلْ تَنْظُرُونَ إِلاَّ فَقْرًا مُنْسِيًا أَوْ غِنًى مُطْغِيًا أَوْ مَرَضًا مُفْسِدًا أَوْ هَرَمًا مُفَنِّدًا أَوْ مَوْتًا مُجْهِزًا أَوِ الدَّجَّالَ فَشَرُّ غَائِبٍ يُنْتَظَرُ أَوِ السَّاعَةَ فَالسَّاعَةُ أَدْهَى وَأَمَرُّ ‏”‏

Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Prophet of Allah, peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him, said:

Hasten to do good before seven events. Are you waiting for overwhelming poverty that makes you forgetful, or richness that makes you corrupt, or disabling illness, or babbling old age or sudden death, or the Dajjal who is worst expected evil, or the Hour? The Hour is most grievous and most bitter.”

 

Abdullah ibn Masud RadiyAllaahu ‘Anhu said:

“Whoever among you wishes to follow (someone), let him follow one who has died, for the one who is still alive is not safe from fitnah. The companions of Muhammad صلى الله عليہ وسلم were the best of this ummah, the most righteous of heart and the deepest in knowledge and the most straightforward people whom Allaah chose to accompany His Prophet and establish His religion. So acknowledge their virtue and follow in their footsteps, and adhere as much as you can to their morals and religion, for they were following right guidance”.

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَکِيعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جُمَيْعُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعِجْلِيُّ قَالَ حدَّثنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ مِنْ وَلَدِ أَبِي هَالَةَ زَوْجِ خَدِيجَةَ يُکْنَی أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ ابْنٍ لأَبِي هَالَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ خَالِي هِنْدُ بْنُ أَبِي هَالَةَ وَکَانَ وَصَّافًا فَقُلْتُ صِفْ لِي مَنْطِقَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صلی الله عليه وسلم قَالَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلی الله عليه وسلم مُتَوَاصِلَ الأَحْزَانِ دَائِمَ الْفِکْرَةِ لَيْسَتْ لَهُ رَاحَةٌ طَوِيلُ السَّکْتِ لا يَتَکَلَّمُ فِي غَيْرِ حَاجَةٍ يَفْتَتِحُ الْکَلامَ وَيَخْتِمُهُ بِاسْمِ اللهِ تَعَالَی وَيَتَکَلَّمُ بِجَوَامِعِ الْکَلِمِ کَلامُهُ فَصْلٌ لا فُضُولَ وَلا تَقْصِيرَ لَيْسَ بِالْجَافِي وَلا الْمُهِينِ يُعَظِّمُ النِّعْمَةَ وَإِنْ دَقَّتْ لا يَذُمُّ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَکُنْ يَذُمُّ ذَوَّاقًا وَلا يَمْدَحُهُ وَلا تُغْضِبُهُ الدُّنْيَا وَلا مَا کَانَ لَهَا فَإِذَا تُعُدِّيَ الْحَقُّ لَمْ يَقُمْ لِغَضَبِهِ شَيْئٌ حَتَّی يَنْتَصِرَ لَهُ وَلا يَغْضَبُ لِنَفْسِهِ وَلا يَنْتَصِرُ لَهَا إِذَا أَشَارَ بِکَفِّهِ کُلِّهَا وَإِذَا تَعَجَّبَ قَلَبَهَا وَإِذَا تَحَدَّثَ اتَّصَلَ بِهَا وَضَرَبَ بِرَاحَتِهِ الْيُمْنَی بَطْنَ إِبْهَامِهِ الْيُسْرَی وَإِذَا غَضِبَ أَعْرَضَ وَأَشَاحَ وَإِذَا فَرِحَ غَضَّ طَرْفَهُ جُلُّ ضَحِکِهِ التَّبَسُّمُ يَفْتَرُّ عَنْ مِثْلِ حَبِّ الْغَمَامِ

Imaam Hasan radiyallahu anhu says, I asked my (maternal) uncle Hind ibn Abi Haalah, who always described the noble features of Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihe wasallam to describe to me the manner in which Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihe wasallam spoke. He replied that Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihe wasallam was always worried (about the hereafter). And always busy thinking (about the attributes of Allah and the betterment of the Ummah). Because of these things he was never free from thought and never rested (or because of worldly affairs he did not gain rest, but gained rest and contentment from religious well being. It is mentioned in the hadith that the coolness of my eyes is in salaah). He always spoke clearly from beginning to end. (He did not speak in a manner where only half sentences are spoken and the other half remained in the mind of the speaker, as is prevalent among snobbish high-minded and proud people). He spoke concisely, where the words are less and meaning more. (Mulla Ali Qaari has collected forty such ahaadith in his commentary which are very short. Those who wish may refer to it and memorise it). Every word was clearer than the previous one. There was no nonsensical talk, nor was there half-talks where the meaning was not complete and could not be grasped. He was not short-tempered, nor did he disgrace anyone. He always greatly appreciated the blessings of Allah even though it might be very minute, he did not criticize it. He did not criticize food, nor over-praised it (The reason for not criticizing food is clear, that it is a blessing from Allah. The reason for not praising it is because it might be felt that one is gluttonous. Nevertheless, he praised food if it was to make someone happy, and sometimes praised some special things). He was never angered for anything materialistic. (The reason being that he did not pay much attention, and did not care much about materialistic things). If someone exceeded the limits in religious matters or against the truth, he became so angry that no one could endure it, nor could anybody stop it till he avenged it. If for some reason he made a gesture or pointed at something, he did it with a full hand. (The ulama say the reason being that it is against humbleness to point with one finger only. Some ulama say it was his noble habit to signal oneness of Allah with one finger, therefore he did not signal anyone in that manner). When he was surprised by something he turned his hands, and when he spoke sometimes while talking, he moved his hands, he sometimes hit the palm of his right hand with the inside part of his left thumb. When he became angry with someone, he turned his face away from that person, and did not pay attention to that person or he forgave that person. When he was happy due to humility it seemed as if he had closed his eyes. The laugh of Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihe wasallam was mostly a smile, at that moment his mubarak front teeth glittered like white shining hailstone

 

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ النَّهْدِيُّ أَبُو غَسَّانَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا جُمَيْعُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعِجْلِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ بمِكَّةَ ، عَنِ ابْنٍ لأَبِي هَالَةَ التَّمِيمِيِّ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلَيٍّ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ خَالِي هِنْدَ بْنَ أَبِي هَالَةَ التَّمِيمِيّ ، وَكَانَ وَصَّافًا عَنْ حِلْيَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَأَنَا أَشْتَهِي أَنْ تَصِفَ لِي مِنْهَا شَيَئًا أَتَعَلَّقُ بِهِ ، فَقَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ” فَخْمًا مُفَخَّمًا ، يَتَلأْلأُ وَجْهُهُ تَلأْلُؤَ الْقَمَرِ لَيْلَةَ الْبَدْرِ ، أَطْولَ مِنَ الْمَرْبُوعِ ، وَأَقْصَرَ مِنَ الْمُشَذَّبِ ، عَظِيمَ الْهَامَةِ ، رَجِلَ الشَّعْرِ ، إِنِ انْفَرَقَتْ عَقِيقَتُهُ فَرَقَ ، وِإِلا فَلا يُجَاوِزُ شَعْرُهُ شَحْمَةَ أُذُنَيْهِ إِذَا هُوَ وَفَّرَهُ ، أَزْهَرَ اللَّوْنِ ، وَاسِعَ الْجَبِينِ ، أَزَجَّ الْحَوَاجِبِ ، سَوَابِغَ فِي غَيْرِ قَرْنٍ ، بَيْنَهُمَا عِرْقٌ يُدِرُّهُ الْغَضَبُ ، أَقْنَى الْعِرْنِينِ ، لَهُ نُورٌ يَعْلُوهُ يَحْسَبُهُ مَنْ لَمْ يَتَأَمَّلْهُ أَشَمَّ ، كَثَّ اللِّحْيَةِ ، سَهْلَ الْخَدَّيْنِ ، ضَلِيعَ الْفَمِ ، أَشْنَبَ ، مُفَلَّجَ الأَسْنَانِ ، دَقِيقَ الْمَسْرَبَةِ ، كَأَنَّ عُنُقَهُ جِيدُ دُمْيَةٍ فِي صَفَاءِ الْفِضَّةِ ، مُعْتَدِلَ الْخَلْقِ ، بَادِنًا مُتَمَاسِكًا ، سَواءَ الْبَطْنِ وَالصَّدْرِ ، عَرِيضَ الصَّدْرِ ، بَعِيدَ مَا بَيْنَ الْمَنْكِبِينِ ، ضَخْمَ الْكَرَادِيسِ ، أَنْوَرَ الْمُتَجَرَّدِ ، مَوْصُولَ مَا بَيْنَ اللُّبَّةِ وَالسُّرَّةِ بِشَعْرٍ يَجْرِي كَالْخَطِّ ، عَارِيَ الثَّدْيَيْنِ وَالْبَطْنِ مِمَّا سِوَى ذَلِكَ ، أَشْعَرَ الذِّارَعيَنِ وَالْمَنْكِبَيْنِ ، وَأَعَالِي الصَّدْرِ ، طَويلَ الزَّنْدَيْنِ ، رَحْبَ الرَّاحَةِ ، سَبْطَ الْقَصَبِ ، شَثْنَ الْكَفَّيْنِ وَالْقَدَمَيْنِ وَسَائِرِ الأَطْرَافِ ، خُمْصَانَ الأَخْمَصَيْنِ ، مَسِيحَ الْقَدَمَيْنِ ، يَنْبُو عَنْهُمَا الْمَاءُ ، إِذَا زَالَ زَالَ قُلْعًا ، يَخْطُو تَكَفُّؤًا وَيَمْشِي هَوْنًا ، ذَرِيعَ الْمِشْيَةِ كَأَنَّمِا يَنْحَطُّ مِنْ صَبَبٍ ، وَإِذَا الْتَفَتَ الْتَفْتَ جَمْعًا ، خَافِضَ الطَّرْفِ ، نَظَرُهُ إِلَى الأَرْضِ أَطْوَلُ مِنْ نَظَرِهِ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ ، جُلُّ نَظَرِهِ الْمُلاحَظَةُ ، يَسُوقُ أَصْحَابَهُ ، يَبْدُرُ مِنْ لَقِيَهُ بِالسَّلامِ ” . قُلْتُ : صِفْ لِي مَنْطِقَهُ . قَالَ : ” كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُتَواصِلَ الأَحْزَانِ ، دَائِمَ الْفِكْرَةِ ، لَيْسَتْ لَهُ رَاحَةٌ ، لا يَتَكَلَّمُ فِي غَيْرِ حَاجَةٍ ، طَوِيلَ السَّكْتِ ، يَفْتَحُ الْكَلامَ وَيَخْتَتِمُهُ بِأَشْدَاقٍ ، وَيَتَكَلَّمُ بِجَوَامِعَ الْكَلِمِ ، فَصْلا ، لا فُضُولَ ، وَلا تَقْصِيرَ ، دَمِثًا ، لَيْسَ بِالْجَافِي ، وَلا الْمُهِينِ ، يُعَظِّمُ الْمِنَّةَ ، وَإِنْ دَقَّتْ ، لا يَذُمُّ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا ، وَلا يَذُمُّ ذَوَاقًا وَلا يَمْدَحُهُ ، لا تُغْضِبُهُ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا كَانَ لَهَا ، فَإِذَا تُعُوطِيَ الْحَقَّ لَمْ يَعْرِفْهُ أَحَدٌ ، وَلَمْ يَقُمْ لِغَضَبِهِ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى يَنْتَصِرَ لَهُ ، وَلا يَغْضَبُ لِنَفْسِهِ ، وَلا يَنْتَصِرُ لَهَا ، إِذَا أَشَارَ بِكَفِّهِ أَشَارَ بِكَفِّهِ كُلِّهَا ، وَإِذَا تَعَجَّبَ قَلَبَهَا ، وَإِذَا تَحَدَّثَ اتَّصَلَ بِهَا فَضَرَبَ بِرَاحَتِهِ الْيُمْنَى بَاطِنَ إِبْهَامِهِ الْيُسْرَى ، وَإِذَا غَضِبَ أَعْرَضَ وَأَشَاحَ ، وَإِذَا فَرِحَ غَضَّ طَرْفَهُ ، جُلُّ ضَحِكِهِ التَّبَسُّمُ ، وَيَفْتَرُّ عَنْ مثل حَبِّ الْغَمَامِ ” . قَالَ : فَكَتَمْتُهَا الْحَسَنَ زَمَانًا ، ثُمَّ حدَّثْتُهُ ، فَوَجَدْتُهُ قَدْ سَبَقَنِي إِلَيْهِ ، فَسَأَلَهُ عَمَّا سَأَلْتُهُ ، وَوَجَدْتُهُ قَدْ سَأَلَ أَبَاهُ عَنْ مَدْخَلِهِ وَمَجْلِسِهِ وَمَخْرَجِهِ وَشَكْلِهِ ، فَلَمْ يَدَعْ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا . قَالَ الْحَسَنُ : سَأَلْتُ أَبِي عَنْ دُخُولِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ ، فَقَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، ” دُخُولُهُ لِنَفْسِهِ مَأْذُونًا لَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ ، فَكَانَ إِذَا أَوَى إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ جَزَّأَ دُخُولَهُ ثَلاثَةَ أْجَزَاءٍ : جُزْءًا لِلَّهِ جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُهُ ، وَجُزْءًا لأَهْلِهِ ، وَجُزْءًا لِنَفْسِهِ ، ثُمَّ جُزْءًا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ النَّاسِ ، فَيَرُدُّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْعَامَّةِ بِالْخَاصَّةِ ، وَلا يَدَّخِرُ عَنْهُمْ شَيْئًا . وَكَانَ مِنْ سِيرَتِهِ فِي جُزْءِ الأُمَّةِ إِيثَارُ أَهْلِ الْفَضْلِ بِإِذْنِهِ ، وَقَسْمِهِ عَلَى قَدَرِ فَضْلِهِمْ فِي الدِّينِ ، فَمِنْهمْ ذُو الْحَاجَةِ , وَمِنْهُمْ ذُو الْحَاجَتَيْنِ ، وَمِنْهُمْ ذُو الْحَوَائِجِ ، فَيَتَشَاغَلُ بِهِمْ ، وَيُشْغِلُهُمْ فِيمَا أَصْلَحَهُمْ ، وَالأُمَّةَ مِنْ مَسْأَلَتِهِمْ وَإِخْبَارِهِمْ بِالَّذِي يَنْبَغِي لَهُمْ ، وَيَقُولُ : لِيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ ، وَأَبْلِغُونِي حَاجَةَ مَنْ لا يَسْتَطِيعُ إِبْلاغَ حَاجَتِهِ ، فَإِنَّ مَنْ أَبْلَغَ سُلْطَانًا حَاجَةَ مَنْ لا يَسْتَطِيعُ إِبْلاغِهَا إِيَّاهُ ، ثَبَّتَ اللَّهُ قَدَمَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، لا يُذْكَرُ عِنْدَهُ إِلا ذَلِكَ ، وَلا يَقْبَلُ مِنْ أَحَدٍ غَيْرَهُ ، يَدْخُلُونَ رُوَّادًا ، وَلا يَفْتَرِقُونَ إِلا عَنْ ذَوَاقٍ ، وَيَخْرُجُونَ أَدِلَّةً ” . قَالَ : فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ مَخْرَجِهِ كَيْفَ كَانَ يَصْنَعُ فِيهِ ، فَقَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ ” يُخَزِّنُ لِسَانَهُ إِلا مِمَّا يُعِينُهُمْ ، وَيُؤَلِّفُهُمْ وَلا يُفَرِّقُهُمْ . أَوْ قَالَ : يُنَفِّرُهُمْ ، وَيُكَرِّمُ كَرِيمَ كُلِّ قَوْمٍ ، وَيُوَلِّيهِ عَلَيْهِمْ ، وَيُحَذِّرُ النَّاسَ وَيَحْتَرِسُ مِنْهُمْ ، مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَطْوِيَ عَنْ أَحَدٍ بِشَرِّهِ وَلا خُلُقِهِ ، يَتَفَقَّدُ أَصْحَابَهُ ، وَيَسْأَلُ عَمَّا فِي النَّاسِ ، فَيُحَسِّنَ الْحَسَنَ وَيُقَوِّيَهِ ، وَيُقَبِّحَ الْقَبِيحَ وَيُوهِنُهُ ، مُعْتَدِلَ الأَمْرِ غَيْرَ مُخْتَلِفٍ ، لا يَغْفُلُ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَغْفُلُوا أَوْ يَمِيلُوا ، لِكُلِّ حَالٍ عِنْدَهُ عَتَادٍ ، لا يَقْصُرُ عَنِ الْحَقِّ ، وَلا يَجُوزُهُ ، الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُ مِنَ النَّاسِ خَيَارُهُمْ ، أَفْضَلُهُمْ عِنْدَهُ أَعَمُّهُمْ نَصِيحَةً ، وَأَعْظَمُهُمْ عِنْدَهُ مَنْزِلَةً أَحْسَنُهُمْ مُوَاسَاةً وُمُؤَازَرَةً ” . قَالَ : فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ، فَقَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ” لا يَجْلِسُ ، وَلا يَقُومُ إِلا عَلَى ذِكْرٍ ، وَلا يُوطِنُ الأَمَاكِنَ وَيَنْهَى عَنْ إِيِطَانِهَا ، وَإِذَا انْتَهَى إِلَى قَوْمٍ جَلَسَ حِيثُ يَنْتَهِي بِهِ الْمَجْلِسُ ، وَيَأْمُرُ بِذَلِكَ ، وَيُعْطِي كُلا مِنْ جُلَسَائِهِ بِنَصِيبِهِ ، فَلا يَحْسَبُ جَلِيسُهُ أَنَّ أَحَدًا أَكْرَمُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهُ . مَنْ جَالَسَهُ أَوْ قَاوَمَهُ فِي حَاجَةٍ صَابَرَهُ حَتَّى يَكُونَ هُوَ الْمُنْصَرِفُ ، وَمَنْ سَأَلَهُ حَاجَةً لَمْ يَرُدَّهُ إِلا بِهَا ، أَوْ بِمَيْسُورٍ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ ، وَقَدْ وَسِعَ النَّاسَ مِنْهُ بَسْطُهُ وَخُلُقُهُ فَصَارَ لَهُمْ أَبًا ، وَصَارُوا عِنْدَهُ فِي الْحَقِّ سَواءً . مَجْلِسُهُ مِجْلِسُ حِلْمٍ وَحَيَاءٍ وَصَبْرٍ وَأَمَانَةٍ ، لا تُرْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ الأَصْوَاتُ ، وَلا تُؤَبْنُ فِيهِ الْحُرَمُ ، وَلا تُثْنَى فَلَتَاتُهُ . تَرَى جُلُسَاءَهُ مُتَعَادِلِينَ ، يَتَفَاضَلُونَ فِيهِ بِالتَّقْوَى ، مُتَوَاضِعِينَ ، يُوقِّرُونَ الْكَبِيرَ ، وَيَرْحَمُونَ الصَّغِيرَ ، وَيُؤْثِرُونَ ذَا الْحَاجَةِ ، وَيَحْفَظُونَ الْغَرِيبَ ” . قَالَ : قُلْتُ : كَيْفَ سِيرَتُهُ فِي جُلَسَائِهِ ؟ قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ ” دَائِمَ السُّرُورِ ، سَهْلَ الْخُلُقِ ، لَيِّنَ الْجَانِبِ ، لَيْسَ بِفَظٍّ وَلا غَلِيظٍ ، وَلا صَخَّابٍ وَلا فَحَّاشٍ وَلا عَيَّابٍ وَلا مَدَّاحٍ . يَتَغَافَلُ عَمَّا لا يَشْتَهِي ، وَلا يُؤْيَسُ مِنْهُ ، وَلا يُجِيبُ فِيهِ . قَدْ تَرَكَ نَفْسَهُ مِنْ ثَلاثٍ : الْمِرَاءِ ، وَالْإِكْثَارِ ، وَمَا لا يَعْنِيهِ ، وَتَرْكَ النَّاسَ مِنْ ثَلاثٍ : كَانَ لا يَذُمُّ أَحَدًا وَلا يُعَيِّرُهُ ، وَلا يَطْلُبُ عَثْرَتَهُ ، وَلا يَتَكَلَّمُ إِلا فِيمَا رَجَا ثَوَابَهُ ، إِذَا تَكَلَّمَ أَطرَقَ جُلَسَاؤُهُ كَأَنَّمَا عَلَى رُءُوسِهِمُ الطَّيْرُ ، وَإِذَا سَكَتَ تَكَلَّمُوا . وَلا يَتَنَازَعُونَ عِنْدَهُ ، مَنْ تَكَلَّمَ أَنْصَتُوا لَهُ حَتَّى يَفْرُغَ ، حَدِيثُهُمْ عِنْدَهُ حَدِيثُ أَوَّلِيَّتِهِمْ . يَضْحَكُ مِمَّا يَضْحَكُونُ مِنْهُ ، وَيَتَعَجَّبُ مِمَّا يَتَعَجَّبُونَ مِنْهُ وَيَصْبِرُ لِلْغَرِيبِ عَلَى الْجَفْوَةِ فِي مَنْطِقِهِ وَمَسْأَلَتِهِ حَتَّى إِنْ كَانَ أَصْحَابُهُ لَيَسْتَجْلِبُونَهُمْ ، وَيَقُولُ : إِذَا رِأَيْتُمْ طَالَبَ الْحَاجَةِ يَطْلُبُهَا فَأَرْفِدُوهُ . وَلا يَقْبَلُ الثَّنَاءَ إِلا مِنْ مُكَافِئٍ ، وَلا يَقْطَعُ عَلَى أَحَدٍ حَدِيثَهُ حَتَّى يَجُوزَهُ فَيَقْطَعَهُ بِنَهْيٍ أَوْ قِيَامٍ . قَالَ : قُلْتُ : كَيْفَ كَانَ سُكُوتُهُ ؟ قَالَ : كَانَ سُكُوتُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ” عَلَى أَرْبَعٍ : الْحِلْمِ ، وْالْحَذَرِ ، وَالتَّقْدِيرِ ، وَالتَّفْكِيرِ . فَأَمَّا تَقْدِيرُهُ فَفِي تَسْوِيَتِهِ الْنَظَرَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ ، وَاسْتِمَاعِهِ مِنْهُمْ . وَأَمَّا تَفْكِيرُهُ ، فَفِيمَا يَبْقَى وَيَفْنَى ، وَجُمِعَ لَهُ الْحِلْمُ فِي الصَّبْرِ ، فَكَانَ لا يَعْصِيهِ شَيْءٌ وَلا يَسْتَقِرُّهُ ، وَجُمِعَ لَهُ الْحَذَرُ فِي أَرْبَعٍ : أَخْذِهِ بِالْحُسْنَى لِيُقْتَدَى بِهِ ، وَتَرْكِهِ الْقَبِيحَ ليُنْتَهَى عَنْهُ ، وَاجْتَهَادِهِ الرَّأْيَ فِيمَا أَصْلَحَ أُمَّتَهُ ، وَالْقِيَامَ فِيمَا جَمَعَ لَهُمُ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةَ ” .

اذلا فرق بین موتہ و حیاتہ فی مشاھدتہ لامتہ ومعرفتہ باحوالھم و نیاتھم و عزائمھم وخواطرھم وذٰلك عندہ جلی لاخفاء بہ

Imam Ibne Hajar Asqlani in Al-Muwahib al-ladunniyya bi al-minah al-Muhammadiyya,
There is no diference in the life and the death of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and countless blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him, in the observation of his followers, their states, their intentions, their determination, their thoughts. It is absolute clear to him with nothing hidden from him

 

كلّم أَبو بكر رضي اللّه عنه بعد أن بَايَعَه الناسُ بالخلافة فَحَمِدَ اللّه وأَثْنَى عليه بالذي هو أهْلُهُ ثم قال: أما بعدُ، أَيُّها الناسُ فَإِني قد وُلِّيتُ عليكم ولست بخيركم فإِنْ أَحْسَنْتُ فَأَعِينُونِي وإِنْ أَسَأْتُ فَقَوِّمُوني. الصِدْقُ أمانةٌ والكَذِبُ خِيَانَةٌ . والضعيفُ فيكم قويٌّ عندي حتى أرجعَ إليه حقَّه إن شاء اللّه، والقويّ فيكم ضعيفٌ عندي حتى آخذَ الحقَّ منه إن شاء اللّه. لا يَدَعُ قومٌ الجِهادَ في سبيل اللّه إلا خَذَلَهم اللَّهُ بالذُلِّ ولا تَشِيعُ الفاحشةُ في قومٍ إِلا عَمَّهم اللَّهُ بِالبلاءِ. أَطِيعُوني ما أَطَعْتُ اللَّهَ ورسولَه فإِذا عَصَيْت اللَّهَ ورسولَه فلا طاعةَ لي عليكم. قُومُوا إلى صلاتكم يَرْحَمْكُمُ اللّه.

حیدر ؓ بہار باغ خصالِ محمدﷺ است
